When I began to see Barbara, she gave me a strict sleep schedule, told me to track my hours of sleep, and to change a few things in my daily routine. The first few weeks were not easy, but eventually my sleep pattern became consistent and I felt less tired than usual. By the end of the sixth week I was sleeping solidly through the night, something that rarely ever happened before treatment. Over a six week period, Barbara worked with me one-on-one, providing practical sleep techniques and strategies to help me rediscover a good night’s rest.
